Objective： To observe the clinical efficacy of Zhitong Huiyang Ointment in treating postoperative pain in patients with anorectal diseases.

Methods

A total of 60 postoperative patients with anorectal diseases were randomly divided into control group， 30 cases in each group. The patients in the control group were treated with compound polymyxin B ointment， and the patients in the treatment group were treated with Zhitong Huiyang Ointment. The changes of visual analog score （VAS） of pain in the two groups were observed and compared at 1， 3， 7， and14 days of treatment.

Compared with treatment before， the VAS scores of pain were decreased in both groups at 3， 7， and 1 days of treatment （

The effect of Shizhong Huiyang Ointment on postoperative pain of anorectal diseases is significant， and it is worth promoting clinical application.
