摘要

介绍李志刚主任辨治小儿咳嗽变异性哮喘的临床经验。认为小儿咳嗽变异性哮喘整个疾病过程可责之风、痰、虚，与五脏均有联系，治疗注重辨证与辨病结合，重视疏风、理气药物的应用，擅长运用虫类祛风药治疗本病，并常根据曲靖当地季节气候、患者个体差异和不同兼症加减，临床上取得满意疗效。

Abstract

This paper introduces Director Li Zhigang's clinical experience in diagnosing and treating cough variant asthma in children. It is believed that the variability of cough in children can be attributed to wind， phlegm， and deficiency throughout the entire disease process， which are all related to the five organs. Treatment focuses on the combination of syndrome differentiation and disease differentiation， emphasizes the application of wind dispersing and qi regulating drugs， and is proficient in using insect dispelling wind drugs to treat this disease. Adjustments are often made according to the local seasonal climate， individual differences， and different comorbidities of patients in Qujing， and satisfactory clinical results have been achieved.
