泽泻作为临床以及部分中成药中经常使用的药物之一,诸本草中均记载其具有渗湿利水、化浊降脂、泄热的功效。常用于小便不利兼热涩淋痛、痰饮眩晕和高脂血症的治疗中。近年来,药理学研究逐步从泽泻中分离得到220余种化合物,主要为萜类化合物,其中包括三萜、倍半萜、二萜,同时还包含糖类、含氮化合物。进一步研究表明提取物中萜类化合物(以三萜类为主)等成分在形成泽泻利尿、抗结石、肾脏保护、抗炎作用、降血脂、保肝、降血糖及抗肿瘤等药理作用中扮演重要角色。故本文以为泽泻的药理作用研究及临床应用提供理论依据。
Alisma Rhizoma, as one of the drugs frequently used in clinic and some Chinese patent medicines, is recorded in various herbal books with the effects of eliminating dampness and promoting diuresis, resolving turbidity and lowering lipid, and purging heat, which is commonly used in the treatment of dysuria with heat, stranguria and pain, phlegm and fluid induced vertigo, and hyperlipidemia. In recent years, 220 compounds have been isolated from Alisma Rhizoma gradually during pharmacological research, mainly terpenoids, including triterpenes, sesquiterpenes and diterpenes, as well as sugars and nitrogen-containing compounds. Further research has shown that terpenoids (mainly triterpenes) in the extract play an important role in the formation of pharmacological effects of Alisma Rhizoma on diuresis, anti-calculus, kidney protection, anti-inflammatory, blood lipid-lowering, liver protection, hypoglycemic effect and anti-tumor. Therefore, this review article provides a theoretical basis for the pharmacological research and clinical application of Alisma Rhizoma.
