摘要

多剂量包装中药配方颗粒利用设备进行调剂，在上海各医疗机构使用广泛，但药品的调剂质量受多方面因素影响较大，管理要求亟待完善提高。为此，上海市药学会医院药学专业委员会临床中药学组等单位组织专家，根据有关政策法规要求，参考相关标准规范和近5年的文献报道，结合上海市实际情况，围绕与多剂量包装中药配方颗粒调剂相关的人员要求、温湿度控制、设备要求、清洁污染、效期管理、发药交待等管理问题，以“陈述”形式形成上海地区多剂量包装中药配方颗粒调剂管理专家共识，以期进一步规范中药配方颗粒的临床调剂工作，加强应用的安全性、合理性和可控性。

Abstract

The multi-dose packaged traditional Chinese medicine （TCM） formula granules are dispensed by equipment， which is widely used in various medical institutions in Shanghai. However， the dispensing quality is greatly affected by many factors， and management requirements need to be improved urgently. To this end， Clinical Chinese Materia Medica Group of Hospital Pharmacy Professional Committee of Shanghai Pharmaceutical Association and other institutions organized experts to reach a consensus on the dispensing management of multi-dose packaged TCM formula granules in Shanghai in the form of “statement” around the management problems such as personnel requirements， temperature and humidity control， equipment requirements， cleaning and pollution， expiry date management， and dispensing explanation related to multi-dose packaged TCM formula granules dispensing， according to the requirements of the relevant policies and regulations， referring to the relevant standards and the literatures of nearly 5 years， combined with the actual situation of Shanghai. The consensus aims to further standardize the clinical dispensing of TCM formula granules and strengthen the safety， rationality and controllability of application.
