摘要

通过对《伤寒论》原文进行客观探析，探讨张仲景症状推测与预判的辨证思想，包括辨欲解的脉证与预判病解时的伴随症状、以脉象推测判断应该具备的症状、误治所致症状的预判、据已知（脉症）测未知（脉症）的预判思辨、发黄症状的预判和大小便症状相互预判等等，对于中医学辨证理论研究和运用，以及临床疗效的提高均有重要的指导价值。

Abstract

Through the objective analysis of the original text of ,Treatise on Febrile Diseases,， the dialectical thoughts of Zhang Zhongjing’s symptom speculation and prediction are discussed. It includes differentiating the pulse and symptoms of recovery， predicting the concomitant symptoms of recovery， speculating the due symptoms with pulse patterns， predicting the symptoms caused by therapeutic error， prejudging and differentiating unknown pulse and symptoms based on the known ones， prejudging jaundice symptoms， mutual prejudging urine and bowel symptoms， and so on. It has important guiding value for the research and application of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation theory and the improvement of clinical efficacy.
