Objective： To observe the clinical efficacy of Sangqin Mixture combined with nasal scratch surger in the treatment of rosacea with syndrome of wind-heat in lung meridian.,Methods,2,Ninety-five patients of rosacea with syndrome of wind-heat in lung meridian were randomly divided into the control group （46 cases） and treatment group （49 cases）. The control group was treated with routine nasal scratch surgery， and the treatment group was treated with Sangqin Mixture based on the treatment for the control group. The patients were followed-up at 3， 6 and 12 months after operation， the recovery of nasal shape in the two groups was observed， and the scores of nasal skin erythema， telangiectasia， oil secretion and nasal skin thickening were compared.,Results,2,①Six and twelve months after operation， there was no statistically significant difference in the overall nasal shape recovery between the two groups （,P,>,0.05）. ②Compared with those before treatment， there were significant differences in the scores of nasal skin erythema， telangiectasia， oil secretion and skin thickening in the two groups at 3， 6 and 12 months after operation （,P,<,0.05）. ③Three and six months after operation， there were no statistically significant difference in the scores of nasal skin erythema， telangiectasia and oil secretion between the two groups （,P,>,0.05）. Twelve months after operation， the scores of nasal skin erythema and oil secretion in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group （,P,<,0.05）.,Conclusion,2,Sangqin Mixture combined with nasal scratch surgery shows good efficacy in the treatment of rosacea with syndrome of wind-heat in lung meridian， which can correct the nasal shape， alleviate the symptoms of rosacea， and exert more persistent effect on improving local erythema and skin oil secretion.
