毛兰素主要从中药石斛中提取,具有广泛的药理活性,如抗肿瘤、抗菌以及抗炎等。近年来,越来越多的研究揭示了毛兰素在体外和体内表现出良好的抗癌活性,其主要涉及的分子机制包括阻滞肿瘤细胞周期、诱导肿瘤细胞凋亡、激活肿瘤细胞自噬、抑制肿瘤细胞迁移、抗肿瘤血管生成以及逆转多药耐药等。对近十年来毛兰素抗肿瘤相关研究进行系统性的归纳与总结,以期为毛兰素抗肿瘤相关活性的深入探讨和利用提供依据与借鉴。
Erianin is mainly extracted from ,Dendrobii Caulis,, a traditional Chinese medicine. It has extensive pharmacological activities, including anti-tumor, antibiosis, anti-inflammation and so on. In recent years, more and more studies have revealed the good anticancer activity of erianin both ,in vitro, and ,in vivo, and its molecular mechanisms includes blocking tumor cell cycle, inducing tumor cell apoptosis, activating tumor cell autophagy, inhibiting tumor cell migration, anti-tumor angiogenesis and reversing multidrug resistance. This paper systematically summarizes the anti-tumor research progress of erianin over the past decade in order to provide basis and reference for the in-depth discussion and utilization of anti-tumor related activities of erianin.
