摘要:Medical ethics is an important part of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) culture as well as the inheritance of excellent Chinese culture. Medical ethics culture is constantly enriched under the guidance of the spirit of the Communist Party of China (CPC). The connotation of medical ethics in the new era takes "people-centered" as the guiding ideology, the great spirit of founding the CPC is the interitance of the red gene, and health promotion is the value characteristic of the times. Facing the initiative of building a healthy China and a community of common health for mankind, the medical ethics education for medical students must be based on the fundamental strategy of building a modern civilization of Chinese nation and cultivating successors for the cause of a healthy China, tell the medical ethics stories in the history of Chinese civilization and the CPC well, and guide medical students to inherit the essence of TCM, uphold fundamental principles and break new ground, devote to science and give care selflessly. It is also necessary to improve the practice evaluation mechanism of medical ethics education and build an organic and unfied life entity of medical ethics culture.
摘要:Objective: To clone the transcription factor SmERF081 from Salvia miltiorrhiza Bunge and analyze its target gene.MethodsUsing the UniGene (c48961-g1) sequence of S. miltiorrhiza transcriptome data as reference, the SmERF081 gene sequence was obtained by PCR amplification. Bioinformatics was used to predict the physicochemical properties, protein structure, and other molecular characteristics of the protein encoded by SmERF081. MEGA 7 was used to build the phylogenetic tree. Heterologous expression and protein purification on SmERF081 were performed. Whether SmERF081 binds to the promoter of SmCPS5 (copalyl diphosphate synthase 5, CPS5)was identified by yeast one-hybrid system, dual-luciferase reporter system and EMSA.ResultsThe SmERF081 gene was cloned, with a total length of cDNA 453 bp (GenBank accession number: OQ466089), encoding 151 amino acids, the relative molecular mass of 16.46 kDa, and the isoelectric point of 9.75. The protein contains no signal peptide and no transmembrane region, and its higher-order structure is mainly composed of irregular curls. Phylogenetic tree analysis showed that SmERF081 had the closest homology with Arabidopsis At1G28360.1 and SmERF8. The results of Prokaryotic expression showed that SmERF081 induced by IPTG was successfully heterologously expressed in Escherichia coli and the target protein was obtained by purification.Yeast one-hybrid system, dual-luciferase reporter gene assay and EMSA verified that SmERF081 could bind to the promoter of SmCPS5.ConclusionA new transcription factor SmERF081 in S. miltiorrhiza was identified. Bioinformatics analysis and molecular interactions preliminarily confirmed its target gene was SmCPS5 diterpene cyclase.
摘要:Methods: To explore the differences of volatile components in pine wood for Poria cocos planting before and after planting.MethodsPine samples before and after planting Poria cocos were separately extracted with petroleum ether, and the residues were extracted with methanol to obtain petroleum ether and methanol extracts. The volatile components in the extracts were analyzed by headspace-gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (HS-GC-MS). The relative content of each component was calculated by peak area normalization method. The structures of the different compounds were confirmed through databases. Significantly different compounds were confirmed by OPLS-DA.ResultsA total of 130 chemical components were detected in pine samples before and after planting, of which the relative contents of 125 components changed before and after planting. Compared with the volatile components of pine samples before planting, the relative contents of 79 components of pine samples after planting were decreased, while the relative contents of 46 components were increased, of which the relative contents of 24 components were significantly decreased, while the relative contents of 9 components were significantly increased [variable importance in the projection (VIP) > 1 or |p (corr)| >0.58 in S-plots]. The components that significantly decreased in the pine samples after planting were mainly acids, esters, alkanes, alkenes and ethers.ConclusionCompared with the pine samples before planting, the 79 components whose relative contents were decreased after planting, especially the 24 components whose relative contents were decreased significantly, may be the nutrients absorbed and utilized from pines during the growth of Poria cocos. The research results provide scientific basis for the pine replacement in planting Poria cocos and the protection of pine resources.
摘要:Objective: To establish the quality standard of Dracocephalum moldavica in different areas of Inner Mongolia, and to provide experimental basis for the quality control of this herb.MethodsDracocephalum moldavica were collected from different areas of Inner Mongolia during the summer blooming period, dried. The morphological features, microscopic features, thin-layer chromatography (TLC) identification methods of Dracocephalum moldavica, and high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) method for the determination of rosmarinic acid content were established. According to the relevant methods in the general rules of Pharmacopoeia of the People's Republic of China (2020 Edition), the moisture, total ash, acid-insoluble ash and extracts content of Dracocephalum moldavica were determined.ResultsThe characteristics, microscopic characteristics and TLC of Dracocephalum moldavica had obvious exclusive characteristics. The moisture content was 6.20%~8.42%. The total ash content was 6.79%~12.11%. The acid-insoluble ash content was 0.71%~4.28%. The water-soluble extracts content by hot immersion method was 23.45%~35.85%, and the water-soluble extracts content by cold immersion method was 15.61%~32.74%. The concentration of rosmarinic acid showed a good linear relationship in the range of 0.30~1.80 mg/L (r=0.999 8). The average recovery rate was 97.89% and the RSD was (0.25~1.68)%. The content of rosmarinic acid in 9 batches of Dracocephalum moldavica samples ranged from 0.94 to 7.25 mg/g, with an average content of 4.27 mg/g.ConclusionThe established method is simple, accurate and reproducible, and can effectively evaluate the quality of Dracocephalum moldavica, so as to ensure its effectiveness of clinical application in Mongolian medicine.
摘要:Objective: To observe the clinical effect of Dingxuan Shuyu Decoction in treating patients of hypertension combined with anxiety.MethodsA total of 74 patients of hypertension combined with anxiety with type of yin-deficiency and yang-hyperactivity, who were intolerance to anxiolytics, were included, and randomly divided into treatment group and a control group, 37 cases in each group. The patients in both groups were given conventional antihypertensive drugs. Based on above, the patients in the treatment group were orally treated with Dingxuan Shuyu Formula, and the patients in the control group were orally treated with placebo, with a course of 4 weeks. Before and after treatment, the scores of Generalized Anxiety Disorder-7 (GAD-7), Hamilton Anxiety Scale (HAMA) and self-rating sleep scale (SRSS), and the total scores of traditional Chinese Medicine syndrome in the two groups were evaluated and compared, and the levels of systolic and diastolic blood pressure of the patients in both groups were detected.ResultsAfter treatment, the scores of GAD-7, HAMA and SRSS, and the total scores of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome in the treatment group were significantly decreased compared with those before treatment (P<0.01), and were lower than those in the control group (P<0.01). Meanwhile, the levels of systolic and diastolic blood pressure in the treatment group were also decreased compared with those before treatment (P<0.05), and were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05).ConclusionDingxuan Shuyu Formula has good clinical effect in the treatment of hypertension combined with anxiety. It can improve the anxiety and traditional Chinese medicine syndrome of the patients, and decrease the blood pressure, with good safety.

摘要:Objective: To explore the effect of thermosensitive moxibustion combined with low-level laser in treating patients of postmenopausal osteoporosis with kidney essence deficiency syndrome.MethodsA total of 100 patients of postmenopausal osteoporosis with kidney essence deficiency syndrome were included, and divided into the observation group and control group by random number table, 50 cases in each group. The patients in both groups were given routine nursing intervention, the patients in the control group were treated with low-level laser, and the patients in the observation group were treated with thermosensitive moxibustion combined with low-level laser, with a course of 12 weeks. The clinical effects of the two groups were evaluated. The pain symptoms were evaluated by Visual Analogue Scale (VAS). Before and after treatment, the bone mineral density (BMD) level of lumbar vertebra (L2~L4) and left femoral neck of all patients were detected. The bone gla protein (BGP) level and the ratio of urinary pyridinoline (U-Pyd)/creatinine (Cr) were compared between the two groups. The quality of life was evaluated by the MOS item short from health survey (SF-36).Results①After treatment, the total clinical effective rates of the observation group and the control group were 98.00% and 82.00% respectively, and the effect of the observation group was superior to the control group (P<0.05). ②After treatment, the pain VAS scores of the two groups were significantly decreased (P<0.05), and the score of the observation group was obviously lower than that of the control group (P<0.05). ③After treatment, the BMD levels of L2~L4 and left femoral neck in the two groups were increased (P<0.05), and the BMD level of the observation group was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). ④After treatment, the BGP level of the two groups was increased, the ratio of U-Pyd/Cr was decreased (P<0.05), and the BGP level of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, the ratio of U-Pyd/Cr was lower than that of the control group (P<0.05). ⑤After treatment, the scores of each dimension of SF-36 in the two groups were increased (P<0.05), and the scores of each dimension of the observation group were higher than those of the control group (P<0.05).ConclusionThermosensitive moxibustion combined with low-level laser have better clinical effect in treating patients of postmenopausal osteoporosis with kidney essence deficiency syndrome, can relieve the pain symptom, increase the level of BMD, and improve bone metabolism, thus enhance the life quality of the patients, which is worth promoting and applying in clinic.
摘要:Objective: To evaluate the clinical efficacy of acupoint catgut embedding in the treatment of non-alcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD).MethodsA total of 130 patients with NAFLD were divided into ordinary acupuncture group and acupoint catgut embedding group by random number table, 65 cases in each group. Blood lipid, liver function and other indicators of both groups were detected at 0, 1, 3 and 6 months respectively, and the changes of quantitative analysis of liver fat content by MRI at 0 and 6 months were compared to evaluate the therapeutic effect of acupoint catgut embedding. At 0, 3 and 6 months, the activities of the patients' ADP and PPAR-α were detected, and the correlation between blood lipid and the changes of ADP and PPAR-α activities was observed.Results①Compared with those before treatment, the liver function and blood lipid levels of the two groups were improved at each stage after treatment, and the therapeutic effect of the acupoint catgut embedding group was better than that of the ordinary acupuncture group (P<0.01). ②ADP and PPAR-α were significantly increased compared with those before treatment (P<0.01), and there were significant differences in ADP and PPAR-α levels between the two groups after treatment (P<0.01). ③After treatment, there was a significant difference in the quantitative analysis of MRI liver fat content between the two groups (P<0.05), and the quantitative analysis of MRI liver fat content in the acupoint catgut embedding group was significantly superior than that in the ordinary acupuncture group.ConclusionAcupoint catgut embedding therapy can effectively improve liver fat deposition, and the efficacy is better than that of ordinary acupuncture.
摘要:Objective: To explore the analgesic mechanism of modified Pengtongling Formula on endometriosis (EMs) pain rats based on the transient receptor potential vanillic acid subtype 1/extracellular signal regulated kinase 1/2/phosphorylated cyclic adenosine monophosphate responsive element binding protein (TRPV1/ERK1/2/p-CREB) signaling pathway.MethodA rat EMs pain model was established by autologous endometrial transplantation. The successfully modeled rats were divided into model group, TRPV1 inhibitor group (CPZ group), modified Pentongling Formula group (JWPTL group), and TRPV1 inhibitor+modified Pentongling Formula group (CPZ+JWPTL group) by a completely randomized design method, with 8 rats in each group; another sham surgery group was set up (n=8). The rats in JWPTL group and CPZ+JWPTL group were given 7.77 g/kg modified Pentongling Formula enema once a day from the first day after successful modeling, and the other rats were given equal volume 0.9% NaCl solution for continuous intervention for 28 d. CPZ group and CPZ+JWPTL group received intrathecal injection of capsazepine (CPZ), 10 μL/d, once a day from the 21st day after successful modeling; The other rats were injected intrathecally with 10% dimethyl sulfoxide (DMSO), which was treated continuously for 7 d. The "Up & Down" method was used to measure the 50% paw mechanical withdrawal threshold (PMWT) of rats. Western blot and RT-qPCR methods were used to detect the expression levels of TRPV1, ERK1/2, p-CREB proteins and mRNA in spinal cord tissues. ELISA method was used to observe the expression of the immediate early gene c-fos protein.ResultsBefore administration, compared with the sham surgery group, the 50% PMWT of rats in each modeling group was significantly reduced (P<0.05). After 28 d of administration, compared with the model group, the 50% PMWT of the CPZ group, JWPTL group, and CPZ+JWPTL group was significantly increase (P<0.05); Compared with the CPZ group, the 50% PMWT of the CPZ+JWPTL group was significantly increase (P<0.05). Compared with the sham surgery group, the protein and mRNA expression levels of TRPV1, ERK1/2 and CREB in the model group was significantly increased (P<0.01, P<0.001), and the expression level of c-fos protein in the model group was also significantly increased (P<0.001); Compared with the model group, TRPV1 inhibitors CPZ and modified Pentongling Formula could down-regulate the protein and mRNA expression levels of TRPV1, ERK1/2 and CREB in different degrees (P<0.05,P<0.01), and CPZ+JWPTL group has the best effect. Compared with the model group, the expression level of c-fos protein was significantly decreased. The JWPTL group and CPZ+JWPTL group (P<0.001). Correlation analysis showed that the expression levels of TRPV1, ERK1/2, CREB protein and mRNA as well as c-fos protein were negatively correlated with 50% PMWT.ConclusionModified Pengtongling Formula may alleviate EMs pain by intervening in the TRPV1/ERK1/2/p-CREB pathway and the expression of c-fos.
摘要:Objective: To investigate the effects of traditional Chinese medicine compound formula Hekun Decoction on the vaginal and uterine morphology of ovariectomized rats, and observe its liver and kidney toxicity.MethodsForty female SD rats were randomly divided into four groups: control group, model group, estradiol (E2) group, and Hekun Decoction group, 10 rats in each group. Except for the control group, the perimenopausal model was constructed by gonadectomy in other rats. On the 10th day after surgery, the rats in the control and model groups were given 0.9% NaCl solution by gavage every day, the rats in the E2 group were given 0.15 mg/kg E2 solution by gavage every day, and the rats in the Hekun Decoction group were given 19.95 g/kg Hekun Decoction granule solution by gavage every day, with a course of 3 consecutive months. The rats were executed at the end of the intervention, and the vagina, uterus, liver, and kidneys were removed and the organ indices were calculated. Hematoxylin-eosin (HE) staining was used to observe the morphological changes of vagina, uterus, liver and kidney of rats in each group, and the thickness of the vaginal epithelium, the number of the vaginal epithelial layers, the number of blood vessels in the lamina propria of vagina, and the thickness of the uterine epithelium, the thickness of the endometria, the epithelium height of the endometria gland and the number of endometria glands were measured. The expressions of vaginal estrogen receptor α (ERα) and estrogen receptor β (ERβ) in rats were detected by immunohistochemical methods. The indicators of liver and kidney functions of rats, including alanine aminotransferase (ALT), aspartate aminotransferase (AST), superoxide dismutase (SOD), serum creatinine (Scr) and blood urea nitrogen (BUN), were detected by fully automatic biochemical analyzer. The serum E2 level of rats was detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA).ResultsCompared with the model group, the vaginal index of rats in the E2 and Hekun Decoction groups was significantly increased (P<0.01), and the thickness of the vaginal epithelium, the number of the vaginal epithelial layers, and the number of blood vessels in the lamina propria of vagina were significantly increased (P<0.01). Compared with the model group, the uterine index of rats in the E2 group was significantly increased (P<0.01), and the thickness of the uterine epithelium, the thickness of the endometria, the number of endometria glands and the epithelium height of the endometria gland were significantly increased (P<0.01, P<0.05); the uterine index of rats in the Hekun Decoction group was significantly increased (P< 0.05), and the thickness of the endometria and the epithelium height of the endometria gland were significantly increased (P<0.01). Compared with the model group, the serum E2 level and the vaginal ERα and ERβ expression levels of rats in the E2 and Hekun Decoction groups were significantly increased (P<0.01, P<0.05). Compared with the control group, there were no obvious pathological damages in the liver and kidney of rats of the model, E2 and Hekun Decoction groups, and there were no statistically significant differences on the levels of liver and kidney function indexes of rats in all groups (P>0.05).ConclusionHekun Decoction can enhance the serum E2 level of ovariectomized rats, increase the expressions of vaginal estrogen receptors, improve vaginal atrophy, and its action is mild, with less stimulation to the uterus and no toxic effect on the liver and kidney functions.

摘要:Objective: To prepare compound Sanguisorbae Radix extract gel plaster, and study its transdermal and release characteristics in vitro.MethodsThe matrix formulation of gel plaster was optimized by orthogonal experiment. Franz diffusion cells and semipermeable membrane were used for in vitro percutaneous penetration and in vitro release experiments. Taking gallic acid, the main active component of Sanguisorbae Radix, as the detection indicator, and was analyzed and determined by high-performance liquid chromatography.ResultsThe optimal matrix formulation of gel plaster was 2.5 g sodium polyacrylate NP700, 1.5 g polyvinylpyrrolidone-K30 (PVP-K30), 4g carboxymethyl cellulose-Natrium (CMC-Na) and 1g carbomer. The sample preparation process of this experimental scheme was controllable, with good repeatability, stability and recovery rate. The transdermal rate of gallic acid, the main component of compound Sanguisorbae Radix gel plaster, was 4.783 μg·cm-2·h-1, and the drug release rate was 5.89 μg·cm-2·h-1.ConclusionsThe prepared matrix structure of the compound Sanguisorbae Radix gel plaster had good compatibility with the compound Sanguisorbae Radix extract. The drug release rate of gallic acid was higher than the transdermal rate, which means the skin barrier played a speed limiting role.

摘要:Sufficient essence, qi and spirit is the external manifestation of body health. Essence is the synthesis of human body materials. Qi is the motivating force of human movement. Spirit is the external manifestation of essence and the master of human life. Shi's twelve words life cultivation exercise including "washing, combing, kneading, rubbing, loosening, pressing, turning, milling, squatting, massaging, breathing, and adjusting" is created by Shi Qi, a great traditional Chinese medicine master, through accumulation of decades of clinical experience and scientific research experience, which has an important regulating effect on essence, qi and spirit of human. Through the elaboration of specific exercises and procedurs, this paper expounds the regulating effect of Shi's twelve words life cultivation skill on essence, qi and spirit of human from the theory of zangfu and meridians, tendon-bone balance theory and triple energizer theory, in order to provide a more feasible intervention scheme of traditional Chinese medicine for the physical and mental health of the people.

摘要:Shanghai Chen's gynecology department has enjoyed a good reputation in Shanghai for more than 100 years, and its treatment on common and difficult gynecological diseases is quite distinctive and effective. Its academic thought advocates to strengthen the patient's primordial qi as the base, to regulate the blood of women as the key, and to regulate the liver as the center on miscellaneous diseases. Its clinical medication has a small amount and less dose, attaches importance to processing, compatibility and taking methods, and advocates the combination of medicine and food therapy. It is further expounded through enumerating the treatment experience on common gynecological clinical diseases such as infertility, endometriosis, chronic pelvic inflammatory disease, and polycystic ovary syndrome.
摘要:With the continuous emphasis on traditional Chinese medicine(TCM), the safety evaluation and incidence of adverse events in Chinese materia medica has been increasingly concerned. Chinese materia medica induced cardiotoxicity refers to acute or chronic damage to cardiac function or cardiomyocytes, which is highly hazardous and lethal. Therefore, it is of great significance for early assessment of cardiotoxicity induced by Chinese materia medica, identification of toxic components and their mechanisms of action, and search for means to reduce toxicity and increase efficacy to reduce cardiac injury and improve safety of Chinese materia medica, and promote TCM development. The paper aims to summarize current research difficulties and diagnosis-treatment-prevention strategies in this field, meanwhile focusing on drug factors, list main Chinese herbal medicinal ingredients with confirmed or potential cardiotoxicity and their toxicity mechanisms, propose to strengthen the pharmacological and toxicological research on Chinese materia medica with both efficacy and toxicity, and gradually figure out the law of "dose-effect-toxicity" to maximize the efficacy of Chinese materia medica, so as to jointly establish the safety assessment and prevention system of cardiotoxicity of Chinese materia medica and promote the modernization development of Chinese medicine.

摘要:Sarcopenia is a disease with skeletal muscle volume and number reducing and function declining gradually with age, and it often leads to adverse consequences such as falls, fractures, even death. With the acceleration of the aging process of Chinese society, the prevalence of sarcopenia is increasing year by year,so it is of great practical significance to pay attention to the diagnosis and evaluation of sarcopenia and actively look for appropriate intervention means. This paper collects the global guidelines and consensus on sarcopenia diagnosis and treatment, systematically elaborates the concept, diagnostic elements, epidemiology, risk factors, and traditional Chinese medicine prevention and treatment progress of sarcopenia, in order to provide the references for the diagnosis and treatment of sarcopenia in clinic.
摘要:Rheumatoid arthritis (RA) is an autoimmune disease characterized by synovitis with progressive bone destruction. The current drug therapy of RA can effectively delay the inflammation, but its effect on bone destruction is limited. This article explores the mechanisms of bone destruction of RA from the perspectives of bone metabolism, bone immunology, and neuroendocrine regulation, and reviews the research progress of traditional Chinese medicine in the prevention and treatment of bone destruction of RA, in order to provide the evidence for the treatment of bone destruction of RA.
