      摘要:Traditional Chinese medicine has unique insight in the treatment of cancer, especially the traditional Chinese medicine for promoting blood circulation and eliminating blood stasis can reduce or even eliminate the tumors and have an analgesic effect on cancer pain. Polysaccharide is one kind of the main components in traditional Chinese medicine decoction. Modern research has elucidated that polysaccharides derived from natural sources can inhibit the growth of cancer cells through various mechanisms. In particular, the polysaccharides from traditional Chinese medicine for promoting blood circulation and eliminating blood stasis has certain advantages in inhibiting proliferation of tumor cell, inducing apoptosis of tumor cell, blocking angiogenesis of tumor, and improving the immune function of body. Therefore, strengthening the research on the structural characterization of the related polysaccharide and further clarifying the relationship between structure and function of the polysaccharides from traditional Chinese medicine for promoting blood circulation and eliminating blood stasis can lay the theoretical and material foundation for the development of polysaccharide anti-tumor new drug.

      摘要:Objective: To observe the effect of Huanglian Jiedu Decoction on intestinal flora in patients of anal fistula with dampness-heat diffused downward type by the technique of 16S rDNA high-throughput sequencing.MethodsA total of 40 patients of anal fistula with dampness-heat diffused downward type were included and randomly divided into the traditional Chinese medicine group and control group, 20 cases in each group. The patients in both groups were treated with ligation of intersphincteric fistula tract (LIFT), and the patients in the traditional Chinese medicine group were orally treated with Huanglian Jiedu Decoction before operation for 2 weeks. One day before operation, the serum and fecal samples were collected. The levels of serum interleukin (IL)-1β, IL-2, IL-4, IL-5, IL-6, IL-8, IL-10, IL-12p70, IL-17, tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α), interferon (IFN)-γ and IFN-α were detected by ELISA. The composition characteristics of fecal intestinal flora in both groups were detected by 16S rDNA high-throughput sequencing. Twelve weeks after operation, the clinical effect was evaluated.ResultsThe levels of IL-8, IFN-γ and IFN-α in the traditional Chinese medicine group were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05), and the clinical efficacy of the traditional Chinese medicine group was significantly better than that of the control group (P<0.05). The results of 16S rDNA high-throughput sequencing and biochemical analysis showed that there were significant differences in the intestinal microbiota between the two groups. On the level of Phylum, the Actinobacteriota and Cyanobacteria Phylums were mainly enriched in the traditional Chinese medicine group (P<0.05), while the Fusobacteriota Phylum was mainly enriched in the control group (P<0.05). The results of functional enrichment analysis showed that the bacterial nucleoid DNA-binding protein and outer membrane receptor for ferrienterochelin and colicins were enriched in the traditional Chinese medicine group (P<0.05). The results of pathway prediction showed that the metabolic pathways such as peptidoglycan biosynthesis and cytochrome c were enriched in control group (P<0.05).ConclusionThe anti-bacterial and anti-inflammatory effects of Huanglian Jiedu Decoction may be through improving the intestinal flora in patients of anal fistula, reducing the relative abundance of harmful bacteria and enhancing the relative abundance of beneficial bacteria, and may have relationship with increasing the expression of bacterial nucleoid DNA-binding protein, increasing the expression of outer membrane receptor for ferrienterochelin and colicins, and inhibiting the metabolic pathways such as peptidoglycan biosynthesis and cytochrome c. Therefore, this formula can be used as a preoperative adjuvant treatment for patients of anal fistula, or as an alternative for conservative treatment and being unable to operate in time.

      摘要:Objective: To investigate the effects of Yiqi Qingluo Formula combined with western medicine on inflammation and bone destruction in treating patients with rheumatoid arthritis (RA).MethodsA total of 146 RA patients with qi-deficiency and collateral-heat syndrome were enrolled and randomly divided into the treatment group and control group, 73 cases in each group. The patients in the treatment group were treated with Yiqi Qingluo Formula granule and methotrexate (MTX) orally, and the patients in the control group were treated with Yiqi Qingluo Formula granule placebo and MTX orally, with a course of 24 weeks. Before and after treatment, the disease activity of the patients was assessed by disease activity score in 28 joints based on erythrocyte sedimentation rate (DAS28-ESR). The levels of inflammatory indicators including ESR, C-reactive protein (CRP), D-dimer (D-Di), platelet count (PLT), interleukin (IL)-6 and tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α), and bone metabolism indicators including alkaline phosphatase (AKP), vitamin D (Vit D), osteocalcin (OC),β isomer of C-terminal telopeptide of type Ⅰ collagen (β-CTX) and propeptide of typeⅠprocollagen (PICP) were detected. The imaging indicators related to bone destruction including bone density, X-ray sharp score and semi-quantitative score of joint ultrasound were evaluated. Meanwhile, correlation analysis was conducted between inflammatory indexes and bone metabolism and bone destruction indexes in RA patients.ResultsDuring the course of treatment, 5 patients in the control group were eliminated, finally 73 patients in the treatment group and 68 patients in the control group were included in the statistical analysis. ①After treatment, the levels of ESR, CRP, D-Di, PLT, IL-6 and TNF-ɑ and DAS28-ESR in the two groups were significantly decreased compared with those before treatment (P<0.05), and the levels of above indexes in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). ②After treatment, the levels of AKP, Vit D, OC and PICP in the two groups were significantly increased compared with those before treatment (P<0.05), the level of β-CTX was significantly decreased compared with that before treatment (P<0.05), and the levels of AKP, Vit D, OC and PICP in the treatment group were higher than those in the control group (P<0.05). ③After treatment, the semi-quantitative scores of joint ultrasound in the two groups were decreased (P<0.05), the X-ray sharp scores were increased (P<0.05), and the semi-quantitative score of joint ultrasound in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, the bone density in the treatment group was increased (P<0.05), while the bone density in the control group was decreased (P<0.05), and the bone density of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). ④The levels of inflammatory indexes of RA patients were positively correlated with the semi-quantitative scores of joint ultrasound and β-CTX level, and were negatively correlated with the levels of OC, PICP, AKP and bone density.ConclusionYiqi Qingluo Formula combined with western medicine can more significantly improve the abnormal inflammatory state and bone metabolism in RA patients, improve the bone density, and thus slow down the progression of bone destruction to a certain extent.

      摘要:Objective: To explore the effects of Cynanchi Paniculati Radix Et Rhizoma powder combined with budesonide in the treatment of corticosteroid-responsive cough (CRC) and its influence on the pulmonary function, inflammatory mediators in induced sputum and fractional exhaled nitric oxide (FeNO).MethodsA total of 106 patients with CRC were included and randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group, 53 cases in each group. The patients in the control group were treated with budesonide aerosol through inhalation treatment, and the patients in the treatment group were orally treated with Cynanchi Paniculati Radix Et Rhizoma powder based on the treatment of the control group, with a course of 8 weeks. The clinical effect of the two groups was evaluated. The cough symptom score between the two groups was compared. The indexes of pulmonary function including forced vital capacity (FVC), forced expiratory volume in one second (FEV1), FEV1/FVC and peak expiratory flow rate (PEFR), the levels of interleukin (IL)-5 and IL-8, and eosinophil (EOS) ratio in induced sputum, and the level of FeNO were detected. The safety of the treatment was evaluated.Results①After treatment, the total clinical effective rates of the control group and the treatment group were 71.70% and 90.57% respectively, and the clinical effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group (P<0.05). ②After treatment, the cough symptom scores in the two groups were decreased compared with those before treatment (P<0.05), and the score of the treatment group was lower than that of the control group (P<0.05). ③After treatment, the levels of FVC, FEV1, FEV1/FVC and PEFR in the two groups were increased compared with those before treatment, and the levels of FVC, FEV1, FEV1/FVC and PEFR in the treatment group were higher than those in the control group (P<0.05). ④After treatment, the levels of IL-5, IL-8 and EOS ratio in induced sputum and FeNO in the two groups were significantly decreased compared with those before treatment (P<0.05), and the levels of above indexes in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). ⑤In the course of treatment, the incidence of adverse reaction was 24.53% in the control group and 7.55% in the treatment group, and the incidence of adverse reaction in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group (P<0.05).ConclusionCynanchi Paniculati Radix Et Rhizoma powder combined with budesonide can obviously enhance the clinical efficacy, improve the cough symptom and pulmonary function, reduce the levels of IL-5 and IL-8 and EOS ratio in induced sputum, decrease the level of FeNO, with better safety in the treatment of CRC.

      摘要:Objective: To compare the curative effect between chemotherapy and Jinfukang Oral Liquid combined with chemotherapy in treating postoperative patients with non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) at Ⅰb-Ⅱb stages based on circulating tumor cell (CTC).MethodsA multi-center randomized controlled trial was applied. A total of 144 postoperative patients with NSCLC at Ⅰb-Ⅱb stages were included and randomly divided into the treatment group (72 cases) and control group (72 cases). The patients in the control group were treated with platinum-containing double-drug chemotherapy, and the patients in the treatment group were orally treated with Jinfukang Oral Liquid based on the treatment of the control group. 21~28 days were one chemotherapy cycle and a total of 4 cycles were done. Before chemotherapy, in the middle of chemotherapy (after two chemotherapy cycles), after chemotherapy (after four chemotherapy cycles), and 1, 1.5 and 2 years after chemotherapy, the CTC count of all patients was detected, and the levels of tumor marker and immunological indicators were tested before chemotherapy. The changing trend of CTC was explored by repeated measurement analysis, the correlation between CTC count and the levels of tumor marker and immunological indicators was analyzed by Spearman analysis method, and the correlation between CTC count and the levels of immunological indicators was analyzed by multiple linear regression.ResultsIn the study, 3 patients were eliminated, and finally 70 cases in the treatment group and 71 cases in the control group were included in the statistical analysis. ①The CTC count of the control group decreased during chemotherapy, but rebounded after chemotherapy, and the CTC count of the treatment group decreased continuously in the middle of chemotherapy and after chemotherapy with no rebound trend. ②One year after chemotherapy, the CTC count of the patients at Ⅱb stage in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group (P<0.05), and there were no statistical differences in other time points (P>0.05). ③The results of correlation analysis showed that, there was a positive correlation between CTC count and the levels of carcinoembryonic antigen (CEA) and CD8+ T lymphocyte (P<0.05).ConclusionJinfukang Oral Liquid combined with chemotherapy can decrease the peripheral blood CTC count to a certain degree in treating postoperative patients with NSCLC at Ⅰb-Ⅱb stages, and inhibit the rebound trend of CTC count after chemotherapy to a certain degree, especially for the patients at Ⅱb stage.

      摘要:Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of acupoint catgut embedding in the prevention and treatment of postoperative pain of mixed hemorrhoids.MethodsA total of 96 patients with mixed hemorrhoids were included and randomly divided into the treatment group A (single acupoint group), treatment group B (multiple acupoint group) and control group, 32 cases in each group. All patients were treated with Milligan-Morgan hemorrhoidectomy and postoperative routine analgesia. Based on above treatment, the patients in the treatment group A were treated with catgut embedding at acupoint Changqiang (DU1) before operation, and the patients in the treatment group B were treated with catgut embedding at acupoints Changqiang (DU1) and Baihuanshu (BL30) before operation. On the 1st, 3rd, 5th, 7th and 14th days after operation, the visual analogue scale (VAS) was used to evaluate the usual pain, dressing change pain and defecation pain scores, and the scores of postoperative edema and bleeding symptoms of the three groups were compared. On the postoperative day, the urinary retention scores of the three groups were evaluated and compared. The use rate of analgesic drugs of the three groups was compared. On the 14th day after operation, the analgesic effects of the three groups were evaluated and compared.Results①On the 3rd, 5th, 7th and 14th days after operation, the scores of usual pain, dressing change pain and defecation pain in the treatment groups A and B were significantly lower than those in the control group (P<0.01, P<0.05), but there was no statistical difference in the pain scores between the two treatment groups (P>0.05). ②On the 5th day after operation, the scores of bleeding and edema in the treatment groups A and B were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). On the 7th day after operation, the edema scores in the treatment groups A and B were also lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). On the postoperative day, there was no statistical difference in the urinary retention scores among the three groups (P>0.05). ③The use rate of analgesic drugs in the treatment groups A and B was significantly lower than that in the control group (P<0.05). There was no statistical difference in the use rate of analgesic drugs between the two treatment groups (P>0.05). ④On the 14th day after operation, the total effective rates of analgesia in the control group, treatment group A and treatment group B were 90.6%, 93.8% and 96.9% respectively. The analgesic efficacy of the treatment group A and treatment group B was better than that of the control group (P<0.05), but there was no statistical difference in analgesic efficacy between the two treatment groups (P>0.05).ConclusionAcupoint catgut embedding has significant effect in the prevention and treatment of postoperative pain of mixed hemorrhoids, which can reduce the postoperative complications, but there is no significant difference in the analgesic effect between single acupoint and multiple acupoint catgut embedding.

      摘要:Objective: To explore the molecular mechanism of Kang’ai injection reversing cisplatin resistance in human lung adenocarcinoma cell line A549/DDP based on autophagy-apoptosis interaction protein Beclin 1.Methods①Kaplan-Meier Plotter online tool was used to analyze the relationship between Beclin 1 and suvival time of patients with lung cancer. ②The effects of cisplatin, Kang’ai and Kang’ai combined with cisplatin on the proliferation of A549 (cisplatin-sensitive parent cells) and A549/DDP (cisplatin-resistant cells) cells were analyzed by CCK-8 method.③The expression levels of autophagy-related proteins (Beclin1, ATG7, LC3) and apoptosis-related proteins (Bcl-2, Bax, cleaved caspase-3) were detected by Western blot.Results①The analysis of BECN1 mRNA expression level and clinicopathological indexes by Kaplan-Meier Plotter online tool showed that the survival time of BECN1 high expression group was significantly higher than that of BECN1 low expression group, and the expression level of BECN1 in lung adenocarcinoma tissues was positively correlated with the prognosis of patients (P<0.001). ②The expression of Beclin 1 protein in A549/DDP cells was higher than that in A549 cells (P<0.05). ③Compared with the control group, cisplatin upregulated the expression of Beclin 1, ATG7, LC3Ⅰ and LC3Ⅱ in A549 and A549/DDP cells (P<0.05, P<0.01, P<0.001). In A549 cells, the expression of Bax and cleaved caspase-3 increased (P<0.01,P<0.001), the expression of Bcl-2 decreased (P<0.01) and the ratio of Bax/Bcl-2 increased (P<0.01) after cisplatin intervention. In A549/DDP cells, the expression of Bax and Bcl-2 increased (P<0.05,P<0.01), but the ratio of Bax/Bcl-2 decreased (P<0.05) after cisplatin intervention. ④Compared with the cisplatin group, low, middle and high concentration of Kang’ai injection combined with cisplatin significantly inhibited the proliferation of A549/DDP cells (P<0.01, P<0.001). The expression of Beclin1 decreased in cisplatin+low concentration Kang’ai group (P<0.001), increased in cisplatin+medium and high concentration Kang’ai groups (P<0.001), and cisplatin+high concentration Kang’ai group has the largest increase (P<0.001). ⑤Compared with cisplatin group, low, middle and high concentration of Kang’ai injection combined with cisplatin could upregulate the expression of ATG7 (P<0.05, P<0.01), LC3Ⅰ(P<0.01,P<0.001) and LC3Ⅱ (P<0.01, P<0.001), which was positively correlated with the concentration of Kang’ai injection. The expression of Bax decreased in cisplatin+low concentration Kang’ai group (P<0.05), and increased in cisplatin+middle and high concentration of Kang’ai groups (P<0.01). The expression of Bcl-2 decreased in cisplatin+low and middle concentration Kang’ai groups (P<0.05), and increased in cisplatin+high concentration Kang’ai group (P<0.05). The expression of cleaved caspase-3 and Bax/Bcl-2 ratio increased in cisplatin+low, middle and high concentration Kang’ai groups (P<0.05, P<0.01, P<0.001). And there was a positive correlation between the expression of cleaved caspase-3 and the concentration of Kang’ai injection.ConclusionsKang’ai injection can effectively improve the cisplatin resistance of A549/DDP cells. The mechanism may be that it can upregulate the expression of Beclin 1 protein and regulates the interaction between autophagy and apoptosis mediated by Beclin1, which leads to autophagic death and apoptosis of A549/DDP cells.

      摘要:Objective: The fluidized bed granulation process of anti-Hashimoto’s thyroiditis Formula Granules was optimized to improve the drug loading capacity of the formulation, and then the quality evaluation of the obtained granules was carried out accordingly.MethodsTaking preparation feasibility, forming rate, particle size and fluidity of granules as evaluation indexes, the initial material temperature, inlet air temperature and concentrated solution density of fluidized bed granulation were investigated by single factor experiment. HPLC method was established for content determination of calycosin-7-O-β-D-glucoside and rosmarinic acid in the granules, and the moisture, particle size and solubility of the granules were examined by Chinese Pharmacopoeia’s methods.ResultsThe optimized granulation parameters were as follows: initial material temperature (38±1)℃, air inlet temperature 70℃, concentrated liquid density was 1.24~1.26 g/cm3 (25 ℃). The drug loading of the obtained granules was 72%, which was about 50% higher than that before optimization. The contents of calycosin-7-O-β-D-glucoside and rosmarinic acid in the obtained preparation were 0.298 3 mg/g and 0.989 5 mg/g, respectively. Meanwhile, its moisture, particle size and solubility and other inspection items all met the requirements of Chinese Pharmacopoeia.ConclusionThe preparation process obtained in this study is stable and feasible, and the drug loading capacity is high. The related quality research can lay a foundation for further formulation of quality standard of the preparation.

      摘要:Objective: A multi-component quality control method for Sanjiu Weitai capsule was established based on high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC)-quantitative analysis of multi-component by single marker (QAMS) method. Taking this method as an example, the feasibility of HPLC-QAMS method for multi-components quality control of Chinese patent medicine compound preparation was discussed.MethodsThe high-performance liquid chromatography method was used, performed on an Aglient TC C18 column (4.6 mm×250 mm, 5 μm) at a flow rate of 1.0 ml/min with acetonitrile-0.1% phosphoric acid solution as the mobile phase (gradient elution). The column temperature was 30 ℃, the detection wavelength was 230 nm, and the injection volume was 10 μl. The relative correction factor (RCF) of skimmianine, dictamnine, evolitrine, albiflorin, benzoyl paeoniflorin, costunolide and dehydrocostus lactone was established by QAMS method with paeoniflorin as an internal standard. The contents of index components were calculated and compared with those determined by external standard method to verify the feasibility of multiple evaluation by HPLC-QAMS method.ResultsSkimmianine, dictamnine, evolitrine, albiflorin, paeoniflorin, benzoyl paeoniflorin, costunolide and dehydrocostus lactone showed good linear relationships within the ranges of 0.69-17.25, 0.96-24.00, 1.39-34.75, 11.58-289.50, 27.06-676.50, 1.82-45.50, 14.69-367.25 and 17.86-446.50 μg/ml (r>0.999), whose average recovery rates (relative standard deviations) were 97.87% (1.25%), 96.98% (1.55%), 99.65% (0.96%), 100.01% (0.63%), 99.86% (0.71%), 98.03% (1.70%), 100.08% (0.67%) and 98.80% (0.92%), respectively. There was no significant difference between the calculated results of HPLC-QAMS method and the measured results of external standard method (P>0.05).ConclusionThe established HPLC-QAMS method is easy to operate and accurate, which can be used for the quality control of Sanjiu Weitai capsule. The study also shows that HPLC-QAMS method is reasonable and feasible for the QAMS of multi-index components in Chinese patent medicine compound preparations.

      摘要:Objective: To explore the effect of Gastrodiae Rhizoma alcohol extract on reducing hemorrhagic transformation (HT) in transient middle cerebral artery occlusion (tMCAO) model rats.MethodsSD rats were randomly divided into normal group, model group, model tMCAO 3 h-HT group, model tMCAO 3 h-HT group, Gastrodiae Rhizoma tMCAO 3 h-HT group, and Gastrodiae Rhizoma tMCAO 6 h-HT group. The rats in Gastrodiae Rhizoma group were given Gastrodiae Rhizoma alcohol extract (843.75 mg/kg, 1 ml/100 g) by gavage for 7 d before operation. The rats in other groups were given the same volume of solvent. The tMCAO models of rats were established by suture method. The tMCAO 3 h-HT and tMCAO 6 h-HT models were established by pulling out thread at 3 h and 6 h after ischemia respectively. HT incidence, bleeding volume score, hemoglobin content, mortality and expression of microtubule associated protein-2 (MAP-2) in brain tissue were measured 48 h after operation.Results①Compared with the model group, the mortality rate and HT incidence of rats in the Gastrodiae Rhizoma groups were reduced, but the difference was not statistically significant (P>0.05). ②Compared with the model group, the alcohol extract of Gastrodiae Rhizoma significantly reduced the bleeding volume score (P<0.05, P<0.01) in the brain tissue of tMCAO 3 h-HT and tMCAO 6 h-HT model rats, and reduced the hemoglobin content (P<0.05) of tMCAO 3 h-HT model rats. ③Compared with the model group, Gastrodiae Rhizoma alcohol extract reduced the area of the ischemic central zone (P<0.05) and increased the area of the ischemic semidark zone (P<0.05) in the tMCAO 6 h-HT model rats.ConclusionProphylactic administration of Gastrodiae Rhizoma ethanol extract for 7 d can reduce HT in tMCAO model rats, and may has the potential to prolong the thrombolytic time window.

      摘要:Objective: To explore the mechanism of Epimedium Total Flavonoid Capsule(EFC)on ovariectomized osteoporosis model rats.MethodsForty-eight 3-month-old SD rats were randomly divided into 4 groups: SHAM operation group (Sham group), model group(OVX group), estradiol group(E2 group)and EFC group, 12 rats in each group. The model was established by bilateral oophorectomy. After successful modeling, E2 group and EFC group were given corresponding drug intervention respectively every day, while SHAM group and OVX group were given the same amount of 0.9% NaCl solution every day, each group was administered for 12 consecutive weeks. The effects of EFC on bone mineral density of lumbar vertebrae and femur in rats were observed by dual energy X-ray absorption measurement, the changes of trabecular microstructure in rats were detected by Micro-CT, and the content changes of E2, type Ⅰ procollagen amino terminal peptide(PINP) and type Ⅰ collagen carboxyl terminal peptide(β-CTX) in rats’ serum were detected by ELISA.Results①Compared with OVX group, serum E2 content in EFC group was significantly increased (P<0.01), but lower than that in E2 group. ②Compared with OVX group, serum β-CTX content in EFC group was significantly decreased (P<0.01), and serum PINP content was increased (P<0.05). ③The bone mineral density of lumbar vertebrae and femur in EFC group were higher than those in OVX group, but there was no statistical significance. ④Compared with OVX group, the volume fraction of bone trabecula in EFC group was increased (P<0.05), the number of bone trabecular was increased significantly (P<0.01), the thickness of bone trabecular was increased, but there was no statistical significance, and the separation degree of bone trabecular was decreased significantly (P<0.01). ⑤There was no significant correlation between E2 and PINP (P>0.05), but there was a significant negative correlation between E2 and β-CTX(r=-0.659 6, P<0.001).ConclusionEFC may play an estrogen-like role in the prevention and treatment of osteoporosis by regulating the content of serum bone metabolism markers and the changes of bone trabecular microstructure and improving bone density.

      摘要:Objective: To organize and summarize the relevant provisions of acupoint Yinbai (SP1) based on the ancient literatures, and to summarize and analyze its clinical application.MethodsTaking the 1 156 ancient Chinese medical books included in Encyclopaedia of Traditional Chinese Medicine (the 5th edition) as the search library, the relevant provisions on the relevant literatures, main treatment disease and syndrome, acupoint compatibility, treatment methods, stimulation amounts and contraindications of acupoint Yinbai (SP1) were summarized and organized, the data base was established, and the statistical analysis was conducted.ResultsA total of 233 relevant provisions were included, involving 53 ancient books. The main treatment disease and syndrome relevant provisions of acupoint Yinbai (SP1) were 220 items, involving 33 kinds of diseases and syndromes and including various diseases of internal medicine, surgery, gynecology, pediatrics, ophthalmology and otorhinolaryngology and so on. Among them, the highest frequency main treatment disease and syndrome of single point and matching other points were the spleen and stomach system disease and the heart system disease respectively. The most frequent matching acupoint of acupoint Yinbai (SP1) was acupoint Zusanli (ST36), and the matching acupoints mainly belonged to the bladder meridian of Foot-Taiyang, stomach meridian of Foot-Yangming, and spleen meridian of Foot-Taiyin. A total of 74 provisions were related to the acupuncture and moxibustion methods of acupoint Yinbai (SP1), and moxibustion was used slightly more frequently than acupuncture. The stimulation amounts of acupuncture applied at most was “acupuncture one-point and leaving three breathes”, and the stimulation amounts of moxibustion was mainly “three strokes”.ConclusionThe clinical application of acupoint Yinbai (SP1) is very extensive, and the main therapeutic effect is mainly the distant treatment along the meridians. In clinical application, acupuncture is mostly shallow and one-point, and moxibustion is preferable to three strokes.

      摘要:Objective: To summarize and analyze the literatures of randomized controlled trials of acupuncture and moxibustion in the treatment of infertility, and to summarize the laws of acupoints selection, treatment methods, clinical efficacy and effective indexes of acupuncture and moxibustion in the treatment of infertility so as to provide scientific evidence for the advantages of acupuncture and moxibustion in the treatment.MethodsThe literatures on acupuncture and moxibustion treatment of infertility from January 1, 2015 to April 30, 2022 in TCM Acupuncture Information Database, China national knowledge infrastructure (CNKI), Wanfang academic journal full-text database (Wanfang) and Chongqing VIP database (CQVIP) databases were retrieved by computer, and the acupoints and treatment methods in the literatures met the inclusion criteria were analyzed and summarized. The total effective rate, pregnancy rate, ovulation rate, endometrial thickness, and serum sex hormone levels of infertility of different etiologies and different treatment methods were compared.ResultsA total of 407 literatures were included, most of which were ovulatory dysfunction infertility. Acupuncture and moxibustion treatment of infertility involved 129 acupoints, with high-frequency acupoints being Guanyuan, Sanyinjiao, Zigong, Zusanli, Zhongji, Qihai, Shenshu and Taichong. Cluster analysis showed that the effective clustering of high-frequency acupoints are Xuehai-Taichong-Shenshu, Qihai-Zhongji-Zusanli-Zigong and Sanyinjiao-Guanyuan. The frequency of acupoint distribution was highest on Ren Channel and abdominal acupoints. Acupuncture and moxibustion combined with traditional Chinese medicine or western medicine were often used for treatment. After acupuncture and moxibustion treatment, the pregnancy rate and ovulation rate of infertility of different etiologies were different. For patients with ovulatory dysfunction infertility, the total effective rate, pregnancy rate and ovulation rate of acupuncture + western medicine group and acupuncture + traditional Chinese medicine group were higher than those of acupuncture group, western medicine group and traditional Chinese medicine group. The increase of endometrial thickness of acupuncture + western medicine group was higher than that of acupuncture group and acupuncture + traditional Chinese medicine group, and different treatments could all regulate the level of sex hormones.ConclusionsAcupuncture and moxibustion treatment of infertility are mainly based on local acupoints, and to determine acupoints per meridians dominated the disease, Guanyuan and Sanyinjiao can be treated as the main acupoints. Acupuncture and moxibustion therapy alone or combined with drugs can both effectively improve pregnancy rate and ovulation rate, increase endometrial thickness, regulate the level of sex hormones in patients. Acupuncture and moxibustion has the superior advantages in the treatment of infertility.

      摘要:Strengthening the body resistance to treat cancer is an important therapy in the prevention and treatment of tumour, which is formed based on the theory of strengthening the body resistance and eliminating pathogens, therefore the method of strengthening the body resistance is widely used in the comprehensive treatment of gastric cancer. The mechanisms of strengthening the body resistance method of traditional Chinese medicine applied in the prevention and treatment of gastric cancer include inhibiting the proliferation and matastasis of the cells, inducing the apoptosis of the cells, stimulating the anoikis, inhibiting the epithelial-mesenchymal transition, degradation of extracellular matrix and angiogenesis. The application of strengthening the body resistance method has great clinical effects in improving clinical syndromes, reducing toxicity and enhancing efficacy, strengthening immunity, prolonging survival time and reducing metastasis and recurrence.

      摘要:Shaoyao Gancao Decoction (SGD) is a classic traditional Chinese medicine formula, derived from Treatise on Febrile Diseases written by Zhang Zhongjing in the Han Dynasty. It is composed of two traditional Chinese medicines, Radix Paeoniae Alba and Radix Glycyrrhizae Preparata. This formula is rich in a variety of chemical components, including terpenoids, saponins, flavonoids and polysaccharides, and with total glucosides of paeony, glycyrrhizin and liquiritin as main active components. It is widely used in clinical treatment of diseases of nervous system and endocrine system in addition to spasmolysis and analgesia. Modern pharmacological studies have found that SGD has analgesic, neuroprotective and spasmolysis effects in the central system, can regulate gastrointestinal peristalsis in the digestive system, and has functions of protecting liver, relieving cough and relieving asthma and treating hyperlactation. In this paper, the pharmacokinetic studies of SGD are introduced in order to establish a new connection between pharmacodynamic substance basis and pharmacodynamics research of SGD, provide ideas for clarifying the dose-effect relationship and the rule of compound compatibility, and provide reference for the rational clinical application and secondary development of this formula.
