      摘要:Exosome is a kind of extracellular vesicle between 40 and 160 nm in size. In the complex tumor microenvironment, both tumor cells and various stromal cells can secrete specific exosomes, and the tumor cells usually release more exosomes than the ordinary cells. In the occurrence and development of tumors, the exosome mediates the intercellular communication through its own cytokines, which affects the metastasis and growth of tumor and the transmission of drug resistance of tumor cells and so on. This paper explores the relationship between tumor drug resistance and exosomes in the tumor microenvironment derived from different cells including tumor cells, endothelial cells, mesenchymal stem cells, tumor stem cells, tumor-associated fibroblasts and immune cells, analyzes the related research of traditional Chinese medicine affecting tumor drug resistance through exosomes, and further expounds the research prospects of exosomes in tumor diagnosis and treatment, in order to reverse the tumor multi-drug resistance through various means and bring the new treatment hope for the patients.

      摘要:Objective: To observe the syndrome characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) in patients with amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS) of different clinical types and stages.MethodsA retrospective study was applied. The clinical data of 530 patients with ALS were collected, and the TCM syndrome distribution characteristics of the patients with different clinical types and stages were analyzed.ResultsThe patients with ALS were mainly classical type and bulbar type, and the TCM syndromes of the patients mainly include deficiency of spleen and kidney, deficiency of liver and kidney, and deficiency of spleen and stomach. Among the ALS patients of classical type, bulbar type and flail leg syndrome, the proportion of the patients with syndrome of spleen and kidney deficiency was more than 50%. In early stage of ALS (stages Ⅰ and Ⅱa), the proportion of the patients with syndromes of phlegm-dampness stagnation, qi deficiency and blood stasis, and dampness-heat in middle jiao was higher. In the middle and advanced stages of ALS (after stage Ⅱb), the proportion of the patients with syndromes of spleen and kidney deficiency, liver and kidney deficiency, and spleen and stomach deficiency gradually increased.ConclusionSyndromes of spleen and kidney deficiency or liver and kidney deficiency run through the whole process of ALS, the disease is often accompanied by the pathological factors such as phlegm-dampness, blood stasis, dampness-heat based on deficiency syndrome in the early stage. And liver, spleen and kidney deficiency is more serious in the advanced stage. Warmingthe kidney and fortifying the spleen is the basic treatment for ALS, meanwhile, syndrome differentiation and treatment should be adopted according to the clinical types and stages of the patients.

      摘要:Objective: To observe the clinical effect of Yiqi Wenyang Tongmai Formula on the patients with chemotherapy induced peripheral neuropathy (CIPN).MethodsThe randomized controlled trial was carried out. A total of 135 patients with CIPN were selected and randomly divided into the observation group (69 cases) and the control group (66 cases). The patients in the observation group were orally reated with Yiqi Wenyang Tongmai Formula and the patients in the control group were orally treated with mecobalamin tablets, with a course of 2 months. Before and after treatment, the Chinese medical symptom scores of the two groups were compared. The curative effects on Chinese medical syndrome and the improvement of peripheral neuropathy classification in the two groups were evaluated. Before and after treatment, the sensory nerve conduction velocity (SNCV) and motor nerve conduction velocity (MNCV) of median nerve and sural nerve of patients in the two groups were measured and compared. The total neuropathy score (TNS) scale was used to evaluate the peripheral nerve injury. The life quality of the patients was evaluated by FACT/GOG-Ntx scale.ResultsDuring the study, 2 cases in the observation group and 5 cases in the control group were excluded, finally 67 cases in the observation group and 61 cases in the control group were included in the statistical analysis. ①After treatment, the symptom scores of hand and foot numbness, pain, fear of cold and fatigue in the observation group were significantly decreased compared with those before treatment (P<0.05), the symptom scores of hand and foot numbness and pain in the control group were also decreased compared with those before treatment (P<0.05), and the symptom scores of hand and foot numbness, pain, fear of cold and fatigue in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). ②After treatment, the total effective rate on Chinese medical syndrome was 46.27% in the observation group and 19.67% in the control group, and the effect of the observation group was better than that of the control group (P<0.05). ③After treatment, the total effective rate on the improvement of peripheral neuropathy classification was 85.07% in the observation group and 80.33% in the control group, and the curative effect of the observation group was better than that of the control group (P<0.05). ④After treatment, the SNCV and MNCV of median nerve and sural nerve in the two groups were significantly faster than those before treatment (P<0.05), and the SNCV and MNCV of median nerve and sural nerve in the observation group were also significantly faster than those in the control group (P<0.05). ⑤After treatment, the scores of TNS scale in the two groups were decreased compared with those before treatment (P<0.05), and the score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group (P<0.05). ⑥After treatment, the scores of FACT/GOG-Ntx scale in the two groups were decreased compared with those before treatment (P<0.05), and the score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group (P<0.05).ConclusionCompared with mecobalamin, Yiqi Wenyang Tongmai Formula can better improve the clinical symptoms and the peripheral neuropathy of the patients with CIPN, increase the peripheral nerve conduction velocity, thus improve the quality of life and enhance the confidence and compliance of the patients in the treatment of cancer.

      摘要:Objective: To explore the effect of Xinmailong Injection on the heart function and the levels of inflammatory factors and miR-23a in elderly patients with heart failure after acute myocardial infarction (AMI).MethodsA total of 120 elderly patients with heart failure after AMI were included and randomly divided into the treatment group and control group, 60 cases in each group. The patients in both groups were treated with routine treatment, and the patients in the treatment group were treated with intravenous drip of Xinmailong Injection on the basis of routine treatment, with a course of 7 days. Before and after treatment, the levels of cardiac function indexes including left ventricular end-diastolic diameter (LVEDD), left ventricular end-systolic diameter (LVESD), stroke volume (SV) and left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF), inflammatory factors including interleukin (IL)-6, tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α) and high sensitivity C-reactive protein (hs-CRP), N-terminal pro-brain natriuretic peptide (NT-proBNP) and peripheral blood miR-23a level were detected. The Pearson correlation analysis was used to evaluate the correlation between the miR-23a level and the cardiac function indexes, inflammatory factors and NT-proBNP levels of the patients.Results①After treatment, the levels of LVEF and SV in the two groups were increased compared with those before treatment (P<0.05), the levels of LVEDD and LVESD were decreased compared with those before treatment (P<0.05), and the levels of LVEF and SV in the treatment group were higher than those in the control group (P<0.05), the levels of LVEDD and LVESD were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). ②After treatment, the levels of IL-6, TNF-α, hs-CRP and NT-proBNP in the two groups were significantly decreased compared with those before treatment (P<0.05), and the levels of IL-6, TNF-α, hs-CRP and NT-proBNP in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). ③After treatment, the levels of peripheral blood miR-23a in both groups were increased compared with those before treatment (P<0.05), and the level of peripheral blood miR-23a in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group (P<0.05). ④Before treatment, the miR-23a level of the patients was negatively correlated with the levels of IL-6, TNF-α, hs-CRP and NT-proBNP.ConclusionCompared with conventional therapy, Xinmailong Injection combined with conventional therapy can better improve the cardiac function and inflammatory status, and increase the expression level of peripheral blood miR-23a in treating elderly patients with heart failure after AMI, which has certain clinical treatment value.

      摘要:Objective: To observe the clinical effects of Penyan Formula combined with acupuncture on sequelae of pelvic inflammatory disease (SPID) with qi stagnation and blood stasis type.MethodsA total of 108 SPID patients with qi stagnation and blood stasis type were included and randomly divided into the guideline group, traditional Chinese medicine group and acupuncture combined with traditional Chinese medicine group, 36 cases in each group. The patients in the guideline group were orally treated with Gexia Zhuyu Decoction, the patients in traditional Chinese medicine group were orally treated with Penyan Formula, and the patients in the acupuncture combined with traditional Chinese medicine group were treated with acupuncture based on the treatment of traditional Chinese medicine group. The treatment course was three menstrual cycles. The clinical effects of the three groups were evaluated. Before and after treatment, the subjective pain of the patients was evaluated by visual analogue scale (VAS), and the levels of interleukin (IL)-10 and tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α) were detected.Results①After treatment, the clinical total effective rates of the guideline group, traditional Chinese medicine group and acupuncture combined with traditional Chinese medicine group were 61.11%, 72.22% and 86.11% respectively, with a statistical difference among the three groups (P<0.05). The effect of the acupuncture combined with traditional Chinese medicine group was better than that of traditional Chinese medicine group and the guideline group (P<0.05), and the effect of traditional Chinese medicine group was better than that of the guideline group (P<0.05). ②After treatment, the VAS scores of the three groups were significantly decreased (P<0.05), and the score of the acupuncture combined with traditional Chinese medicine group was lower than that of traditional Chinese medicine group and the guideline group (P<0.05), the score of traditional Chinese medicine group was lower than that of the guideline group (P<0.05). ③ After treatment, the levels of the serum TNF-α in the three groups were decreased and the levels of IL-10 were increased (P<0.05), and the level of IL-10 in the acupuncture combined with traditional Chinese medicine group was higher than that in the guideline group and traditional Chinese medicine group (P<0.05), the level of IL-10 in traditional Chinese medicine group was higher than that in the guideline group (P<0.05), the level of TNF-α in the acupuncture combined with traditional Chinese medicine group was lower than that in the guideline group and traditional Chinese medicine group (P<0.05).ConclusionPenyan Formula combined with acupuncture can effectively improve the pain symptom and regulate the levels of the related inflammatory indexes in the treatment of SPID with qi stagnation and blood stasis type, which is worth popularizing in clinic.

      摘要:The palpation of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) is a component part of “palpation” in “four-diagnosis methods”, and plays an important role in the diagnosis of TCM. Currently, the cold and heat on the various parts of human body surface of TCM palpation is mainly measured by the subjective temperature sensation of the surveyor, and lack of the accuracy of instrument assisted inspection. Through analyzing the diagnosis ideas of cold and heat palpation of TCM and considering the quantitative index of temperature sensation, the quantification method of cold and heat palpation of TCM is preliminarily proposed.

      摘要:Objective: To establish combination of disease withsyndrome mous emodel with Parkinson’s disease (PD), and to explore its attributes of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) syndromes.MethodsThe models of Parkinson’s disease induced by chronic intraperitoneal injection of 1-methyl-4-phenyl-1,2,3,6-tetrahydropyridine(MPTP) were established and randomly divided into model group and drug treatment group. Liuwei Dihuang Decoction, Jinkui Shenqi Decoction, and Qiji Shujiang Decoction were used respectively for drug counterevidence. At the same time, normal group was set as control. The TCM attributes of PD model were evaluated from four aspects: simulated etiology, simulated symptoms, objective indicators, and drug counterevi-dence.ResultsCompared with the normal group, the PD mice in the model group had significant differences in behavior, tongue appearance, cyclic adenosine monophosphate (cAMP)/cyclic guanosine monophosphate (cGMP)ratio, thromboxane A (TXA2)/prostacyclin (PGI2)ratio and the content of tyrosine hydroxylase(P<0.05). After intervention with TCM, compared with the model group, the body temperature of mice in Liuwei Dihuang Decoction group was improved(P<0.05), but there was no significant difference in behavior, tongue appearance and objective indicators(P>0.05). The stiffness symptoms and exercise ability of the mice in Jinkui Shenqi Decoction group and Qiji Shujiang Decoction group were recovered significantly, and body temperature, tongue appearance, cAMP/cGMP and tyrosine hydroxylase were improved (P<0.05), and the therapeutic effect of Qiji Shujiang Decoction group was significantly better than that of Jinkui Shenqi Decoction group(P<0.05). In addition, compared with the model group, the ratio of TXA2/PGI2, an index closely related to blood stasis, was significantly different only in the Qiji Shujiang Decoction group (P<0.05).ConclusionChronic intraperitoneal injection of MPTP can successfully establish combination of disease and syndrome mouse model with Parkinson’s disease, whose TCM syndrome attribute is Yang deficiency and blood stasis syndrome.

      摘要:Objective: To investigate the effects of celastrol on the migration and invasion of non-small lung cancer NCI-H1299 cells and explore its preliminary mechanism.MethodsCCK-8 assay was used to detect the effect of celastrol on the proliferation of NCI-H1299 cells, and non-toxic concentration was obtained. Wound healing assay and transwell migration assay were used to evaluate the effect of celastrol on the migration ability of NCI-H1299 cells. Transwell invasion assay was used to detect the effect of celastrol on the invasion ability of NCI-H1299 cells. Western blot and quantitative real-time PCR assays were conducted to detect the effect of celastrol on the expressions of mesenchymal markers N-Cadherin, Vimentin, Snail, Slug and epithelial markers E-Cadherin and ZO-1 in NCI-H1299 cells.ResultsCelastrol inhibited the proliferation of NCI-H1299 cells in a dose-dependent manner, and had no significant effect on the proliferation at a concentration lower than 2.5 µmol/L. Celastrol inhibited the migration and invasion of NCI-H1299 cells at the concentration of 0.5 µmol/L, 1.0 µmol/L and 2.0 µmol/L. The results of western blot and quantitative real time PCR assays showed that celastrol promoted epithelial markers, inhibited the expressions of mesenchymal markers N-cadherin, Vimentin, Snail and Slug, up-regulated the expressions of E-cadherin and ZO-1 protein.ConclusionCelastrol can significantly inhibit the migration and invasion ability of NCI-H1299 cells, and this effect may be related to its reversal of epithelial mesenchymal transition (EMT) of NCI-H1299 cells.

      摘要:Objective: To investigate the mechanisms of phorbol ester (PMA) in inducing autophagy of C2C12 myotubes and the protective effects of psoralen corylifol A (CYA) on myotubes.MethodsThe mRFP-GFP-LC3B dual-fluorescence C2C12 myoblast cell strain, whose autophagy status can be accurately analyzed, was constructed. The differentiated C2C12 cells were divided into control group, PMA group (1 μmol/L), autophagy positive control group (starvation group),CYA group (10 μmol/L),and PMA+ CYA group. The treatment time was 48 h. Cytation 5 was used to detect the fluorescence intensity of cells at different wavelengths. Western blot was implied to detect the protein levels of autophagy-related proteins Beclin-1 and microtubule-associated protein 1 light chain 3B (LC3B). qPCR technology was used to detect the expression levels of protein kinase C(PKC)-ε, PKC-β, PKC-θ and hypoxia-inducible factor-2α (HIF-2α). Cellular mitochondrial respiration capacity was detected with a hippocampal energy metabolism analyzer (Seahorse XFe24 Analyzer).Results①Compared with the control group, the PMA group (1 μmol/L) significantly increased the yellow fluorescent spots and red fluorescence signal intensity of C2C12 myotubes (P<0.01), which indicated the increase of both autophagy and autolysosomes. CYA (10 μmol/L) significantly reduced the yellow fluorescent spots and red fluorescence signal intensity of C2C12 myotubes induced by PMA (P<0.01).②Compared with the control group, the PMA group up-regulated the protein expression levels of Beclin-1 and LC3B-Ⅱ (P<0.05,P<0.01). Compared with the PMA group, the PMA+CYA group significantly down-regulated the protein expression levels of autophagy-related proteins Beclin-1 and LC3BⅡ (P<0.05,P<0.01).③Compared with the control group, the PMA group significantly reduced the basal respiration, maximum respiration and ATP generation of the C2C12 myotubes (P<0.01). ④Compared with the control group, the PMA group significantly up-regulated the gene expression levels of PKC-ε, PKC-β, PKC-θ and hypoxia HIF-2α (P<0.05,P<0.01).ConclusionsPMA might inhibit cellular mitochondrial respiration and promote the expression of HIF-2α by activating the PKC pathway of C2C12 myotubes. HIF-2α could up-regulate the expression of autophagy-related proteins Beclin-1 and LC3BⅡ, and thus induce the autophagy of C2C12 myotubes. CYA might protect myotubes against PMA-induced autophagy by down-regulating the protein expressions of Beclin-1 and LC3BⅡ.

      摘要:Objective: To explore the active components and binding mechanism of Simiao Pill acting on cyclooxygenase Ⅱ (COX2) and xanthine dehydrogenase (XDH).MethodsThe sensitivity of Libdock and Autodock docking software to COX2 and XDH was evaluated by the receiver operating characteristic curve (ROC). The effective components of four traditional Chinese medicines in Simiao Pill were collected from TCMSP database. The components that bind with COX2 and XDH better than the original ligands were virtually screened by molecular docking technology. The stability of the combined complex was analyzed by molecular dynamics simulation technology.ResultsThrough ROC curve, it is found that Libdock docking program is suitable for COX2, while Autodock is suitable for XDH. The results of molecular docking experiment showed that there were 6 and 5 effective components that binded better with COX2 and XDH respectively. (6Z,10E,14E,18E)-2,6,10,15,19,23-hexamethyl-2,6,10,14,18,22-tetracosahexaene had the best docking score with COX2, and baicalein had the best docking score with XDH. The results of molecular dynamics simulation showed that the best ligands could bind with the receptors stably. COX2 and the ligand can stably form 1 ~ 2 hydrogen bonds, and XDH and the ligand can stably form 2~3 hydrogen bonds.ConclusionThere are many effective components that inhibit COX2 and XDH in Simiao Pill, and the most likely effective components are (6Z,10E,14E,18E)-2,6,10,15,19,23-hexamethyl-2,6,10,14,18,22-tetracosahexaene for COX2 and baicalein respectively.

      摘要:Objective: To investigate the role of autophagy in aristolochic acid Ⅰ(AAⅠ)-induced kidney injury in rat model and to explore related influencing factors.MethodsWistar rats, male, were randomly divided into normal group, 3-methyladenine(3-MA)group, AAⅠ low-dose group (20 mg/kg), AAⅠ high-dose group (40 mg/kg), 3-MA+AAⅠ low-dose group(hereinafter to be refered as combined low-dose group)and 3-MA+AAⅠ high-dose group (hereinafter to be refered as combined high-dose group), with eleven rats in each group. The 3-MA group was intraperitoneally injected with 20 mg/kg 3-MA firsthy. After intervened for 1 h, other groups were given the corresponding dose of AAⅠ for 9 days continuously. After the last administration, the blood was collected by abdominal aortic method and the kidney was isolated. The levels of serum urea nitrogen(BUN) and serum creatinine(Scr)were detected by biochemical analyzer. The histopathological morphology changes of kidney were observed by light microscope and electron microscope. PCR and immune-histochemical method were used to detect the expression levels of mRNA and protein of Beclin 1, microtubule-associated protein light chain 3(LC3)and p53 in kidney.Results①The BUN and Scr levels of the AAⅠ high-dose group were significantly higher than that of the normal group, while the BUN and Scr levels of the combined high-dose group were lower than the AAⅠ high-dose group, but the differences have no statistical significance(P>0.05). ②The results of HE staining and transmission electron microscopy showed different degrees of cell swelling, epithelial cell necrosis, cytoplasmic disintegration and exfoliation in both the AAⅠ high and low dose groups, and the cell swelling in the high-dose group was obviously more serious than that in the low-dose group. Compared with the AAⅠ low-dose group, the renal tubular epithelial cells were swollen, endoplasmic reticulum was dilated, and the injury was slightly aggravated in the combined low-dose group. Compared with the AAⅠ high-dose group, the renal tubular epithelial cells were exfoliated and necrotic, cytolysosomme was faintly observed, and the damage was slightly alleviated in the combined high-dose group. ③Compared with the normal group, the protein and mRNA expressions of Beclin 1, LC3, p53 in rats’ kidney of both the AAⅠ high and low dose groups were significantly increased(P<0.05, P<0.01). Compared with the AAⅠ low-dose group, the relative expressions of LC3 and p53 protein in rats’ kidney of the combined low-dose group were significantly decreased(P<0.01). Compared with the AAⅠ high-dose group, the expressions of these three genes and proteins in rats’ kidney of the combined high-dose group were significantly decreased(P<0.01). ④Compared with the AAⅠ low-dose group, the expressions of LC3 on mRNA and protein in the kidney of rats in the AAⅠ high-dose group were significantly increased(P<0.01), and the expressions of Beclin 1 and p53 protein were significantly increased (P<0.01). Compared with the combined low-dose group, the protein and mRNA expressions of Beclin 1 in rats’ kidney of the combined high-dose group were significantly decreased(P<0.01), the relative expressions of LC3 and p53 on protein were significantly increased(P<0.01).ConclusionsAutophagy may occur in the process of kidney damage induced by low dose of AAⅠ and alleviate kidney damage. Excessive autophagy may occur in the process of kidney damage induced by high dose of AAⅠ and aggravate kidney damage. The mechanism may be relevant to the regulation of p53 protein expression .

      摘要:Objective: To explore the effect of Resveratrol (RSV) on the proliferation of human leukemia HL-60 cell and its mechanism.MethodsThe effect of RSV on the proliferation of HL-60 cells was detected by CCK-8 method. Flow cytometry with propidium iodide (PI) staining was used to detect the effect of RSV on HL-60 cell cycle distribution. Annexin V-FITC/PI staining was used to observe the effect of RSV on apoptosis of HL-60 cells. Western blot was used to detect the expression levels of CyclinD1, apoptosis-related protein p53 and p21, SIX1 and tyrosine protein kinase Ⅱα (CK2α) in HL-60 cells, and the effect of RSV treatment on the expression levels of CyclinD1, p53 and P21 after overexpression of SIX1 in HL-60 cells.Results①In the CCK-8 tests, HL-60 cells were treated with RSV of different concentrations (12.5 µmol/L, 25.0 µmol/L, 50.0 µmol/L, 100.0 µmol/L) and different times (24 h, 48 h, 72 h), the results showed that the survival rate of HL-60 cells decreased with the increasing of RSV concentration and the prolongation of RSV treatment time(P<0.01). ②Flow cytometry results showed that the apoptosis of HL-60 cells increased after RSV treatment compared with those of the control group (P<0.05). Moreover, the cells in sub-G1 phase increased (P<0.05) and the cells in G2/M phase decreased (P<0.05). ③Western blot results showed the level of cell cycle protein CyclinD1 decreased (P<0.05), and the levels of apoptosis-related protein p53 and p21 increased after RSV treatment (P<0.05). ④Compare with the control group, the expression levels of SIX1 and CK2α protein decreased in HL-60 cells after RSV treatment, and overexpression of SIX1 inhibited the effect of RSV on CyclinD1, p53, and p21 in HL-60 cells.ConclusionRSV may inhibit cell proliferation and induce apoptosis by down-regulating SIX1 in HL-60 cells.

      摘要:Tiangui is a kind of substance of human reproduction in Huangdi Neijing. Based on the differences between men and women, it is proposed that the rise and fall of Tiangui shows “seven seven theory” in women and “eight eight theory” in men. The theory of Tiangui rise and fall has important guiding value in clinic. Understanding of Tiangui in the classical theory of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) is mainly qualitative description, while the modern medicine is good at accurately cognizing the human life phenomenon in a quantitative way. Therefore, this paper expounds the dynamic changes of Tiangui related substances in the whole life cycle by combining qualitative and quantitative methods. The results are as follows: ①The ovary in woman, testicle in man and adrenal cortex are the main source of Tiangui. The female estrogen and progesterone, the male dehydroepiandrosterone and testosterone can objectively reflect the material basis of Tiangui in the whole life cycle. ②The sex hormone levels in female “seven seven” stage drop sharply, while in male “eight eight” stage only drop gradually, so the clinical characteristics of female perimenopausal syndrome is significant, but the male rarely show the corresponding syndrome. ③Kidney qi is the main factor to regulate the occurrence of Tiangui, which is similar to the functions of cerebral cortex, hypothalamus and pituitary. ④It is helpful for beginners to objectively and reasoningly understand the academic connotation of Tiangui using modern scientific terms to express and analyze the theory and concept of TCM.

      摘要:Insect drugs have the effects of anti-allergic, regulating body immunity, and relieving tracheal spasm, and soon are widely used in the treatment of allergic diseases, but there are still the reports of adverse reactions. Taking the commonly used insect drugs such as Pheretima, Bombyx Batryticatus, Cicadae Periostracum, Scolopendra, Scorpio as examples, this paper summarizes the pharmacological effects, clinical applications, adverse reactions and sensitization studies, and expounds how to seek advantages and avoid disadvantages of insect drugs in the treatment of allergic diseases, in order to benefit the clinical and basic research.

      摘要:Erianin is mainly extracted from Dendrobii Caulis, a traditional Chinese medicine. It has extensive pharmacological activities, including anti-tumor, antibiosis, anti-inflammation and so on. In recent years, more and more studies have revealed the good anticancer activity of erianin both in vitro and in vivo and its molecular mechanisms includes blocking tumor cell cycle, inducing tumor cell apoptosis, activating tumor cell autophagy, inhibiting tumor cell migration, anti-tumor angiogenesis and reversing multidrug resistance. This paper systematically summarizes the anti-tumor research progress of erianin over the past decade in order to provide basis and reference for the in-depth discussion and utilization of anti-tumor related activities of erianin.

      摘要:Ginkgo biloba L. is an ancient and rare tree specie, and its leaves, fruits and flowers have been widely used in clinical treatment of various diseases. Biflavones, as a subclass of flavonoids, are one of the main medicinal components of Ginkgo Folium, which are abundant in Ginkgo Folium with diverse types. Biflavones are a class of natural polyphenolic compounds with various biological activities such as anti-inflammatory, antioxidant, neuroprotective and cardiovascular protective activities. At present, some progress has been made in relevant studies at home and abroad. The chemical constituents, pharmacodynamics and pharmacokinetics were reviewed in order to provide scientific basis for the pharmacodynamic material basis and the development and utilization of active ingredients of biflavones in Ginkgo Folium.
