目的,2,研究木鳖子苷Ⅰ的化学结构及纯度测定方法。,方法,2,采用2D NMR技术、水解方法确定化学结构及NMR数据归属;采用,1,H-NMR方法测定纯度。,结果,2,运用2D NMR技术,结合酸水解、碱水解方法,快速确定了化学结构,首次完成了木鳖子苷Ⅰ NMR数据全归属。建立了,1,H-NMR方法测定木鳖子苷Ⅰ的纯度,该方法不需要特殊对照品,操作简单、快速准确。,结论,2,本研究为复杂皂苷类成分的结构及纯度测定提供了方法借鉴。
Objective: To investigate the chemical structure and purity determination method of momordica saponin Ⅰ (MSⅠ).,Methods,2,2D NMR technology and hydrolysis method were used to determine the chemical structure and assign the NMR data. ,1,H-NMR technology was used to determine the purity.,Results,2,The chemical structure of MSⅠ was rapidly determined and the NMR data was completely assigned for the first time by 2D NMR technology combined with acid and alkaline hydrolysis. A simple, rapid, and accurate method for the purity determination of MSⅠ was established by ,1,H-NMR which didn’t need specific reference substance.,Conclusion,2,The study provided a methodological reference for the chemical structure and purity determination of complex saponins.
