Objective： To observe the influence of holistic nursing in operating room on elderly patients’ psychological state and life quality after laparoscopic surgery.,Methods,2,Ninety-six elderly patients after laparoscopic surgery were randomly divided into control group and observation group， 48 cases in each group. During the treatment， patients in the control group were treated with routine nursing， and patients in the observation group were treated with holistic nursing in the operating room. The changes of Zung anxiety Scale （SAS）， Depression Scale （SDS） and Brief Health Questionnaire （SF-36） scores were observed and compared before and after nursing.,Results,2,①After nursing， the scores of SAS and SDS in the two groups were significantly deceased （,P,<,0.05）. And the SAS and SDS scores in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group （,P,<,0.05）. ②After nursing， the SF-36 score was significantly increased in both groups （,P,<,0.05）. And the SF-36 scores in the control group was significantly lower than that in the observation group （,P,<,0.05）.,Conclusion,2,During the nursing of elderly patients undergoing laparoscopic surgery， holistic nursing in the operating room can significantly improve the negative emotions of patients and improve the patients’ life quality.
