摘要

中医药在癌症治疗方面有着独到的见解，尤其活血化瘀中药可减小甚至消除肿瘤，对癌性疼痛亦能起到止痛作用。多糖是中药汤剂中的主要成分类型之一，现代研究表明从天然来源提取的多糖可通过各种机制抑制癌细胞的生长，特别是具有活血化瘀功效的中药多糖在抑制肿瘤细胞增殖、诱导肿瘤细胞凋亡、阻断肿瘤血管生成、提高机体免疫功能等方面均具有一定的优势。因此，加强对相关多糖结构表征的研究，进一步厘清活血化瘀中药多糖的结构与功能的关系，可为多糖抗肿瘤新药研发奠定理论与物质基础。

Abstract

Traditional Chinese medicine has unique insight in the treatment of cancer， especially the traditional Chinese medicine for promoting blood circulation and eliminating blood stasis can reduce or even eliminate the tumors and have an analgesic effect on cancer pain. Polysaccharide is one kind of the main components in traditional Chinese medicine decoction. Modern research has elucidated that polysaccharides derived from natural sources can inhibit the growth of cancer cells through various mechanisms. In particular， the polysaccharides from traditional Chinese medicine for promoting blood circulation and eliminating blood stasis has certain advantages in inhibiting proliferation of tumor cell， inducing apoptosis of tumor cell， blocking angiogenesis of tumor， and improving the immune function of body. Therefore， strengthening the research on the structural characterization of the related polysaccharide and further clarifying the relationship between structure and function of the polysaccharides from traditional Chinese medicine for promoting blood circulation and eliminating blood stasis can lay the theoretical and material foundation for the development of polysaccharide anti-tumor new drug.
