摘要

帕金森病（PD）是一种神经系统退行性疾病，目前尚无法治愈。近年，部分国外研究采用脊髓电刺激（SCS）治疗该病，与中医通过督脉针灸治疗的思路相合。通过系统回顾SCS治疗PD的主要研究，分析其作用机制；同时，通过分析督脉、阳气、脑与PD的相互关系，探讨从督论治PD的理论基础；继而，从SCS角度分析中医从督论治PD，以期在临床中获得更好的治疗方式。

Abstract

Parkinson’s disease （PD） is a kind of neurodegenerative disease， which cannot be cured at present. In recent years， some foreign studies have applied spinal cord stimulation （SCS） to treat the disease， which is consistent with the idea of Du meridian acupuncture treatment of traditional Chinese medicine. Through systematically reviewing the main studies of SCS in the treatment of PD， its mechanisms were analyzed. Meanwhile， through analyzing the relationship among Du meridian， yang qi， brain and PD， this paper discusses the theoretical basis of treating PD from Du meridian. Then， from the perspective of SCS， this paper analyzes the treatment of PD from Du meridian of traditional Chinese medicine， in order to obtain a better therapy method in clinic.
