Study on macroscopic and microscopic identification of Litseae Fructus
Objective:,2,To systematically study the character, micro-morphological and microscopic identification of Litseae Fructus, and provide scientific basis for the formulation of ,Chinese Pharmacopoeia,(2025) .,Methods:,2,The character identification, micro-morphological identification and microscopic identification under normal light and polarized light were performed to systematically study on Litseae Fructus.Using big graph image merging and real-time depth of field expansion photography, the data of holographic color microscopic image were obtained.,Results:,2,In the micro-morphological identification, the micro-structural characteristic images of exocarp, endocarp, seed, episperm in Litseae Fructus were captured.In the microscopic identification of tissue, the holographic color image data of the cross section of fruit and its different parts were obtained.In the microscopic identification of powder, the holographic color image data of cuticle layer, exocarp cells, acicular crystal of calcium oxalate, oil cells, mesocarp stone cells, stone cells group and endocarp grid cells were collected.,Conclusion:,2,The obtained macroscopic and microscopic characteristics can be used for the identification of Litseae Fructus and its powder.
